Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate end-to-end deployment plans across customer, professional services, and partner teams.
- Onboard implementation teams, clear technical blockers, manage timelines and progress, and ensure deployment readiness.
- Use code development, debugging, and systems design to resolve technical issues and accelerate customer time to value.
- Drive and track initial and ongoing adoption of enterprise AI products and solutions.
- Promote sustainable product usage so customers realize continuing business value.
- Lead technical delivery strategies and interface with customer stakeholders, partners, and internal product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with system design or reading code, including Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with APIs, Enterprise Content Management systems, identity, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Preferred experience leading technical delivery strategies, debugging systems, and working directly with core product and engineering organizations.
