Responsibilities
- Embed with business teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI automation.
- Design and ship LLM applications, agents, RAG pipelines, chatbots, and automated workflows.
- Own projects end to end from discovery and prototyping through production deployment and adoption.
- Measure time and effort saved through the solutions and iterate based on real usage.
- Prioritize an independent roadmap and own outcomes across assigned business domains.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on production experience shipping AI systems, including LLM frameworks such as LangGraph or LlamaIndex, agentic workflows, or similar.
- Demonstrated ownership of at least one project from discovery through build and rollout without a supporting team.
- Strong foundations in Python, APIs, microservices, databases, and AWS.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, determine what to build, and operate autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
- This is an individual contributor role rather than a people-management position.
