Responsibilities
- Design and lead implementation of core agent features.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
- Drive architectural decisions for a scalable AI agent platform.
- Develop core AI/ML agent logic and orchestration.
- Build and optimize supporting systems to improve agent capabilities.
- Lead the development and evaluation of prompt strategies.
- Optimize agent performance through improved retrieval logic.
- Guide junior engineers through code reviews and technical planning.
- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and sales engineers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with AI/ML or backend system ownership.
- Deep expertise in Python and experience building production systems.
- Strong system design and software architecture skills.
- Experience in distributed systems and cloud-native deployments.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
- Strong English proficiency.
