Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement high-availability systems software.
- Support the full product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and operation.
- Improve software capabilities for testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and help ensure high-quality solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies related to network operations and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least four years of development experience on Linux or Unix platforms.
- At least four years of programming experience with Python, Go, and/or shell scripting.
- Knowledge of internet protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and/or TLS/SSL.
- Experience with Git/Stash and Perforce version-control systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
