Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation for financial services customers.
- Drive the technical evaluation process, including solution design and POC ownership.
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape account strategies for customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to guide them through digital transformation.
- Advise on software development and compliance practices in financial services.
- Serve as the voice of customers to Product Management and Engineering.
- Maintain expertise in GitLab and related technologies for financial services.

Requirements
- Experience in technical pre-sales or consulting roles.
- Proficiency in the software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and deployment options.
- Ability to lead technical evaluations and design workshops.
