Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate technical leadership in observability and security.
- Drive complex deployments of Cribl products while resolving customer issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Lead and execute customer engagements, ensuring successful architecture and deployment.
- Create best practice documentation, blog posts, and training materials.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and mentoring for team members and customers.
- Be available for stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical consulting or big data analytics.
- Expertise in deploying and managing AWS/AZURE/GCP Cloud environments.
- Proficient in Big Data Analytics tools like Splunk, Elastic, and Grafana.
- Experience with complex Enterprise applications and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
