Base Salary
$179k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build software testing tools that integrate with engineers’ day-to-day environments.
- Build and maintain automated test infrastructure for mobile, web, and backend teams.
- Define AI-augmented software testing patterns and quality gates.
- Instrument and monitor AI usage, performance, and cost.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure safe AI workflows.
- Create reusable examples and internal libraries for AI-powered quality workflows.
- Contribute to training and documentation for automated test users.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a Software Engineering or SDET role.
- Recent hands-on experience with agentic model harnesses and automated test orchestration.
- Strong experience with automated tests and Gitlab CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with modern test automation frameworks like Playwright or Cypress.
- Deep knowledge of programming languages such as Ruby, Javascript, Shell/Bash, and Python.
- Familiarity with mobile app, API, and web testing.
- Experience integrating third-party QA and monitoring tools.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical requirements clearly.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
