Base Salary
$130k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives during technical sales engagements.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer architectures and security challenges.
- Design technical solutions aligned with customer cloud-native environments.
- Build customized demonstrations for customer-specific use cases.
- Lead architecture discussions on Kubernetes and software supply chain security.
- Design and execute successful Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Guide customer engineering teams through deployment and validation.
- Present RapidFort's platform to various audiences, including executive leadership.
- Advise customers on Kubernetes security and compliance initiatives.
- Mentor junior Solutions Engineers as the team grows.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Solutions Engineering or related fields supporting enterprise cybersecurity.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated success in complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Curious, customer-focused, and highly collaborative.
