Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable test automation frameworks for banking APIs and backend services.
- Leverage AI tools to maintain test automation suites.
- Implement automated testing for banking and blockchain integrations.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
- Develop performance, load, and stress tests for transaction systems.
- Build test strategies for distributed systems and event-driven workflows.
- Partner with DevOps and backend teams to enhance observability and release safety.
- Define quality metrics and dashboards aligned with compliance requirements.
- Drive best practices for QA automation and participate in design reviews.
- Perform other quality assurance tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in QA automation or quality engineering in regulated financial environments.
- Experience using AI tools for building automated tests.
- Prior hands-on experience in a bank or regulated financial institution.
- Strong understanding of banking systems and payment operations.
- Deep experience testing banking APIs and payment processing systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like PyTest or Cypress.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of banking compliance and control frameworks.
