Responsibilities

Design and implement release strategies and configuration distribution models.
Define and enforce standards for development, configuration deployment, and environment management.
Build, test, and deploy configuration packages through automated CI/CD pipelines.
Manage and synchronize multiple project workstreams, identifying and mitigating risks.
Create and maintain Vault sandbox environments for production, QA, and development.
Serve as a subject matter expert for environment management strategies for new customers.
Analyze and propose optimal deployment solutions for new product features.
Collaborate with developer teams and support their work.
Develop innovative tools to improve deployment quality, efficiency, and speed.
Deliver knowledge transfers and provide ad-hoc training to customer teams.

2+ years of professional experience in software development, DevOps, or a similar technical role.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in full lifecycle software implementation projects.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Solid understanding of relational databases, API principles, CI/CD pipelines, XML, and package automation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
