Responsibilities
- Design and implement conversational AI models using AWS ML services such as Amazon Lex and Amazon Comprehend.
- Develop and refine custom NLP models for language understanding, generation, and translation.
- Lead projects that build GenAI applications for content creation, automation, and personalized user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and UX designers to integrate AI technologies into products.
- Maintain scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-quality software and system designs throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Provide engineering estimates and impact assessments, review test strategies, and assist with diagnosing and resolving system problems and live incidents.
- Contribute to risk management, controls, governance, policy development, and technical knowledge sharing.
- Lead teams or collaborative assignments, guide team members, and influence stakeholders on complex technical work.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Python.
- Expertise in NLP and conversational AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing chatbots or virtual assistants.
- Experience developing GenAI applications and working with generative models.
- Experience with requirements analysis and functional design.
- AWS experience is preferred.
- Understanding of web service development using REST services or APIs, JSON, XML, IVRs, Jenkins, or other cloud platforms may be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information to different audiences.
- Ability to apply risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology skills.
