Responsibilities
- Modernize legacy systems and integrate advanced technologies, including cloud services.
- Improve application performance and delivery efficiency so teams can achieve milestones.
- Evaluate technology stacks for performance improvements and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scalability, reliability, and technical excellence.
- Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to business and technical stakeholders.
- Use AI tools to improve day-to-day drafting, analysis, research, or process automation and recommend effective applications.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of native iOS mobile development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
- Familiarity with data structures, system design, and design patterns.
- Experience with API design, MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments.
- Preferred: full-stack background and familiarity with cloud services, GraphQL, and Firebase.
- Preferred: proficiency with AI tooling and a background in journalism.
