Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Lead a dedicated quality engineering team and oversee multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Facilitate testing strategies aligned with project goals and established quality processes.
- Define and implement metrics for test execution, testing effectiveness, and defect resolution.
- Analyze complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute independently as a subject matter expert and participate in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of total professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Data.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360/Salesforce Data.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in quality engineering.
- 15 years of full-time education.
