Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient, and end-to-end quality engineering function.
- Design and execute automated test scripts to improve coverage and reduce manual testing effort.
- Develop predictive and intelligent testing strategies using automation tools and innovative testing solutions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage team performance, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions applicable across projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Veeva CRM testing.
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools for customer relationship management systems.
- Experience analyzing complex system requirements and translating them into test strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines supporting automated testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable testing solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
