Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient, and predictive quality engineering function.
- Design and implement automated test frameworks and effective test strategies.
- Lead adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies.
- Support automated testing through continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage and mentor team members, and support team performance.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts with project goals and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies.
- Familiarity with quality engineering principles and software testing best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
