Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient end-to-end quality engineering function.
- Lead adoption of new testing tools and methodologies to improve automation capabilities.
- Design and implement end-to-end quality engineering processes and predictive testing approaches.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions across team boundaries.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional testing strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Veeva CRM testing.
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing approaches.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and innovation skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
