Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery of greenfield applications from concept through production launch and iteration.
- Partner with product management to define scope, priorities, user experience, technical approach, and success measures.
- Work directly with customers and end users to understand problems, test assumptions, gather feedback, and improve products.
- Build high-quality full-stack product experiences using modern web technologies and CorpTech Platform capabilities.
- Make architecture and implementation decisions that support rapid learning while preserving reliability and scalability.
- Break ambiguous initiatives into testable increments and ship useful software before all requirements are known.
- Communicate progress, trade-offs, risks, and results to technical partners, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Use frontier AI tooling and AI-enabled development workflows for prototyping, implementation, testing, and iteration.
- Improve reusable patterns, technical foundations, and development practices for future zero-to-one teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering roles building and shipping products.
- Experience taking a software product or substantial feature from an ambiguous problem through production launch.
- Deep expertise in at least one area of full-stack web development, with the ability to contribute across the stack.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and frameworks such as Next.js.
- Experience partnering with product management, design, and end users to shape solutions.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to balance delivery speed, customer value, technical quality, and maintainability.
- Ability to operate autonomously, make decisions with incomplete information, and communicate clearly on high-visibility work.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
- Preferred: experience building zero-to-one products, internal tools, or enterprise applications in high-velocity environments.
- Preferred: experience with customer discovery, product assumption validation, and direct user-feedback iteration.
- Preferred: familiarity with frontier AI tooling, AI coding assistants, agentic development workflows, and AI-enabled software delivery.
- Preferred: experience evolving prototypes into reliable production systems for enterprise applications or platforms.
- Preferred: familiarity with ERP, MES, WMS, CRM, finance, supply chain, or manufacturing domains.
- Preferred: experience balancing speed, ambiguity, autonomy, and long-term product health in hyper-growth environments.
- Preferred: eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
