Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and specifications to define test goals and conditions.
- Design and execute test cases and scenarios for new features and regression testing.
- Prepare and maintain test environments and generate test data.
- Document test results, identify and analyze defects, conduct retesting, and track issues.
- Maintain, improve, and monitor automated regression tests, including Python-based tests.
- Design, develop, and execute automated API tests for backend functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Conduct structured, exploratory, system, system-integration, and end-to-end testing for custom CRM solutions.
- Maintain, improve, and execute load and performance tests, including Gatling tests.
- Improve test stability, coverage, and execution efficiency.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams in a DevTestOps approach.
- Participate in test and integration workshops and cross-functional requirements discussions.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in automated testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing and experience developing and executing automated test scripts.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools supporting continuous integration and delivery.
- Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and optimize automated testing processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
