Responsibilities
- Serve as a link between applications and the Navy platform environment.
- Evaluate and identify innovative solutions for complex business problems.
- Demonstrate technical skills across multiple knowledge domains.
- Contribute to strategic planning aligned with mission objectives.
- Implement infrastructure as code and maintain Kubernetes clusters.
- Apply secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation.
- Elevate the technical knowledge of the team and collaborate with external teams.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance is required.
- Expertise in solving technical problems across multiple domains.
- Deep knowledge in key technologies such as Kubernetes and GitOps.
- Experience with YAML for Kubernetes manifests and pipeline configurations.
- Proficient in security automation and familiar with API, Container, and Cloud Security.
- Experience with continuous delivery and distributed architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers through pairing and code reviews.
