Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical architecture of the AI platform.
- Own complex subsystems and design problems related to reliability and integration.
- Establish system boundaries and integration contracts with adjacent platforms.
- Ship software consistently, turning ambiguous requirements into working solutions.
- Mature AI systems from early-stage to production-grade with systematic validation.
- Raise the engineering bar through code reviews and design discussions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with end-to-end system ownership.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems design and fault tolerance.
- Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals, including Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven track record of shipping working systems from ambiguous problems.
- Good technical judgment under uncertainty and pragmatic trade-offs.
