Responsibilities
- Provide Salesforce CRM break/fix support, configuration, enhancements, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting in line with service levels.
- Administer Salesforce environments, including users, security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access.
- Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and custom development.
- Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and business-process automation.
- Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integrations.
- Support CRM enhancements, releases, deployments, change management, and governance processes.
- Monitor system health, usage trends, and data quality to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate stakeholder and product-owner requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
- Support Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing automation, and digital platforms.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on Salesforce CRM administration and/or development experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, security models, and standard CRM objects.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder where applicable, and validation rules.
- Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Understanding of Salesforce release management, environments, and deployment tools.
- Experience with integrations, data migration, data quality practices, CRM best practices, scalable design, and governance.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications, advanced Flows and approval-process experience, Apex classes and triggers, reusable LWCs, APIs, VS Code, Salesforce DX, Git basics, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware exposure.
- Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and global teams.
