Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 customizations across financial, service, and operations modules.
- Develop robust PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, bulk collect operations, dynamic SQL, and exception handling.
- Build and maintain Oracle Forms 6i/10g and Oracle Reports.
- Register and manage concurrent programs, parameter sets, and request sets, and resolve failed requests and scheduling conflicts.
- Configure and extend Oracle Workflow and AME for business process automation.
- Support EBS integrations across Depot Repair, TeleService, Order Management, Education Services Administration, and related applications.
- Expose EBS data to web applications through ORDS and REST APIs.
- Debug production issues and improve SQL and PL/SQL performance through execution plan analysis and index optimization.
- Manage competing priorities as a shared technical resource across multiple teams and products.
- Conduct code reviews, participate in agile ceremonies, and contribute to technical design discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 development experience, including active customization and development.
- Expert-level PL/SQL skills, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, bulk collect, dynamic SQL, and exception handling.
- Experience developing and maintaining Oracle Forms 6i/10g and Oracle Reports in a live EBS R12 environment.
- Experience with concurrent program registration, parameter sets, request sets, and debugging failed concurrent requests.
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS financial modules including AP, AR, GL, INV, and Fixed Assets.
- Experience with Oracle EBS service and operations modules including Depot Repair, TeleService, Order Management, WIP, BOM, and/or CRM Foundations.
- Experience configuring and extending Oracle Workflow and AME.
- SQL performance tuning experience and ability to manage concurrent priorities across multiple products and release timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include ORDS, OAF, EBS open interface tables, standard Oracle APIs, MuleSoft, REST APIs, web services, Oracle Field Service integration patterns, Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle Fusion, and sprint-based delivery experience.
