Responsibilities
- Design and drive projects to identify, avoid, and mitigate bias in ML applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to adopt and evaluate Responsible AI practices.
- Mentor junior engineers on Responsible AI concepts and practices.
- Define and drive technical strategy in the Responsible AI domain.
Requirements
- Extensive experience applying advanced ML methods to production systems.
- Deep familiarity with cutting-edge ML architectures and their applications.
- Proven ability to measure and refine fairness interventions at scale.
- 4+ years of experience in engineering teams building large-scale ML products.
- 1+ years of experience leading cross-team engineering efforts.
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
