Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy Inventa solutions tailored to diverse enterprise cloud, on-premises, and edge environments.
- Lead integrations with on-premises databases, file servers, cloud storage, SaaS applications, and data lakes.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving network connectivity, access permissions, resource utilization, platform performance, and reliability.
- Create architecture guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base content to standardize global technical practices.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into data governance outcomes and improve the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical architecture or customer-facing implementation roles such as professional services or solutions architecture.
- Deep experience designing and implementing complex data systems and API integrations in enterprise customer environments.
- Hands-on proficiency with system and data administration, Kubernetes, Helm, Python, PowerShell, and regex.
- Ability to design secure data architectures aligned with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to travel 10–25% based on customer needs and business priorities.
