Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to complex enterprise customers.
- Architect technology solutions with clients, Delivery Managers, and Solution Architects to meet business and technical needs.
- Lead strategic initiatives that grow the consulting practice and contribute to the community knowledge base.
- Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies that increase business value.
- Manage risks, customer expectations, complex negotiations, and issue resolution through completion.
- Review and correct project or program direction, approaches, and artifacts to ensure maintainable and extensible solutions.
- Advise on program visions and project strategies involving enabling technologies on the Salesforce Platform.
- Present and defend technical viewpoints, explain complex concepts, and influence C-level executives and senior technology leaders.
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
- Strong application design, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture skills.
- Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and learning skills.
- Strong experience with integration concepts, designs, and patterns.
- Ability to communicate best practices and influence audiences at multiple organizational levels.
- Application design and development background.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline; equivalent demonstrable work experience may substitute.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications is preferred.
- Consumer Goods Cloud, Consumer Goods Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, or broader Consumer Goods industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers is preferred.
- Experience leading a technical team or workstream and mentoring and developing talent is preferred.
- Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform is a strong plus.

- The position offers a base salary range of $148,500–$223,900 annually, excluding bonus, equity, incentives, and benefits.
