Base Salary
$170k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work on meaningful projects with business impact from the first day.
- Scope and lead large projects by addressing ambiguity, creating plans, and ensuring technical excellence.
- Help develop the team roadmap while balancing technical and product tradeoffs.
- Teach and mentor engineering team members and model strong software development practices.
- Build software using Python and Django on the backend and React, JavaScript, and TypeScript on the frontend.
- Write production code.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience across multiple functional areas such as frontend, backend, platform, services, data, or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong technical foundation.
- Ability to contribute to both technical and product success.
- Excellent communication skills and strong execution.
