Responsibilities
- Understand and drive core user metrics such as Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction Score.
- Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve root causes of poor user experience.
- Automate or create new processes to address structural and emerging issues.
- Serve as product manager for feature launches and software automation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in venture capital, management consulting, or operations/product management at a technology company.
- Willingness to dive deep into technical topics and data analytics.
- Ability to navigate ill-defined problem spaces and drive positive outcomes.
- Experience in data analysis using Python, SQL, R, or similar languages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of software development life-cycle and release process.
