Base Salary

$95k - $115k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Understand and drive core user metrics such as Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction Score.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve root causes of poor user experience.
  • Automate or create new processes to address structural and emerging issues.
  • Serve as product manager for feature launches and software automation projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in venture capital, management consulting, or operations/product management at a technology company.
  • Willingness to dive deep into technical topics and data analytics.
  • Ability to navigate ill-defined problem spaces and drive positive outcomes.
  • Experience in data analysis using Python, SQL, R, or similar languages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of software development life-cycle and release process.
