Base Salary
$95k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality automation to assist with growing Starlink's customer base.
- Create alerts and monitoring for current automation systems.
- Manage requests and stakeholders in a scalable way.
- Own the status of automation, reporting on health and metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams for automation migration strategies.
- Design measurable and well-scoped experiments.
- Write and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Develop automated solutions to solve customer experience challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, or STEM discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in engineering, software, data analytics, or operations at a technology company.
- 3+ years of experience with Python.
- Master's degree in Business or STEM field is preferred.
- Expertise in SQL and Python is preferred.
- Understanding of database structures and ETL development is preferred.
- Experience with automation technologies is preferred.
- Strong project management and self-directed prioritization skills.
