Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable and performant CI/CD solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes.
- Mentor junior engineers through pull request reviews and feedback.
- Lead the evolution of a 'Universal Pipeline' for automated HIPAA compliance.
- Enhance internal developer experience with test tooling and ephemeral environments.
Requirements
- BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in building and managing CI/CD infrastructure.
- 3+ years of experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation scripting.
- 3+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker.
- 3+ years of experience coaching engineers on testing strategies.
