Responsibilities
- Embed with a GTM function to observe workflows and identify bottlenecks.
- Build an intelligent signal layer that processes and routes data to sales reps.
- Develop integrations for tools like Salesforce and HubSpot as databases.
- Implement AI agents into sales workflows to enhance productivity.
- Rapidly move projects from prototype to production, managing the full lifecycle.
- Translate GTM problems into effective systems solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a software, product, or platform engineer.
- Fluency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with full-stack applications.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic workflows.
- Experience in building automation with tools like n8n or Zapier.
- Familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently without perfectly scoped tickets.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with non-engineers.
- A product mindset to differentiate impactful features from superficial ones.
