Responsibilities
- Reimagine core People workflows through an AI-first lens.
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and agents.
- Architect and implement systems that integrate across various SaaS platforms.
- Identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI-native solutions.
- Define and track success metrics related to efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Advocate for well-governed AI systems within Klaviyo's tech ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or data engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience building AI/ML or LLM-powered systems.
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, and modern APIs.
- Experience with LLM platforms like OpenAI and designing AI-powered workflows.
- Experience integrating with enterprise SaaS systems.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions.
