Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across critical business applications.
- Monitor system performance and analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes.
- Debug and troubleshoot web-based applications and support database query optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain software integration, functionality, and system stability.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions to stakeholders and team members.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems independently.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in PHP.
- Proficiency in PHP programming.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for web-based applications.
- Experience with database management and query optimization related to PHP applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes.
- Understanding of HTTP, REST, and APIs.
- 15 years of full-time education.
