Responsibilities
- Independently design and deliver scalable, clean, well-tested, and maintainable software features and services.
- Lead technical analysis and estimation for assigned features and workstreams.
- Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Collaborate with architects and product teams on technical roadmap decisions.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps best practices.
- Use GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, Cursor AI, Claude, and ChatGPT for AI-assisted development, design reviews, documentation, and specification drafting.
Requirements
- Require 3–5 years of software development experience delivering production-quality solutions.
- Require strong proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or specialist programming languages with deep expertise in relevant airline technology domains.
- Require experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile delivery.
- Require good system design skills and an understanding of distributed systems.
- Require a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prefer proficiency with GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, Cursor AI, and Claude for AI-assisted development.
- Prefer knowledge of airline technology systems and familiarity with platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, and FLYR.
- Prefer familiarity with advanced AWS services and airline platform innovation.
