Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze application requirements with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Assist with software design, business process documentation, and solution validation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- Participate in team discussions, work independently toward subject-matter expertise, and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Veeva Vault.
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault is required.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and software development best practices.
- Familiarity with software design principles and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
