Responsibilities
- Develop and customize portal applications using Liferay Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
- Design, code, enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize software components across systems and applications.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs within Liferay environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Participate independently in team discussions, contribute solutions to work-related problems, and become a subject matter expert.
- Evaluate existing software components to improve performance and maintainability.
- Share knowledge with and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Liferay Digital Experience Platform (DXP) is required.
- Proficiency in Liferay DXP and experience developing and customizing Liferay portal applications.
- Strong understanding of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party services and APIs within Liferay environments.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing application performance in complex software ecosystems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
