Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for software applications and systems.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain complex software applications and systems.
- Manage execution and delivery of features and projects, including priorities and deadlines.
- Participate in architectural design and design reviews focused on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Review code, provide feedback, and uphold technical quality and coding standards.
- Build testable software, define tests, and automate testing with tools such as JUnit and Selenium.
- Monitor service health and quality, resolve incidents, analyze root causes, and implement preventative measures.
- Own software delivery from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production maintenance.
- Document features, enhancements, fixes, and training materials.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Deep expertise in one or more of C, C++, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with software development practices and design patterns.
- Proficiency with GitHub and JIRA.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.
- Preferred: experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, test automation frameworks, and tools.
- Preferred: knowledge of agile development methodologies and accessible technology development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
Benefits
- The pay range is $102,300 to $147,050 in base pay, with actual pay varying by skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and work location.
