Responsibilities
- Capture and analyze business requirements, research solution alternatives, and implement preferred SAP recommendations.
- Build complex SAP application configurations and improve application support processes.
- Design, test, and deploy application releases, updates, and fixes.
- Provide complex technical application support and communicate with users about support needs.
- Partner with developers, product managers, architects, project leaders, and business stakeholders to align solutions with standards and goals.
- Represent the Operations workstream, plan staffing and budgets, and coach and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, typically reflecting 5 or more years.
- Professional experience with functional and technical configuration in SAP.
- Experience with SAP IBP, MM, and PP.
- Proven SAP experience in the Plan and Make space and with end-to-end process integrations.
- Experience managing stakeholders and presenting to and influencing executive leaders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
