Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop highly available distributed software emphasizing security, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Build and integrate custom APIs and middleware for security system integration.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code automation frameworks for deployment and configuration management.
- Build monitoring and alerting systems for service health and security.
- Implement secure communication and authentication between distributed systems.
- Integrate enterprise and commodity hardware through proprietary and open-source protocols.
- Maintain performant, automated, and well-tested deployment processes.
- Write maintainable code, conduct peer reviews, and participate in technical design and security architecture reviews.
- Partner with internal customers to understand operational challenges and deliver solutions.
- Own the development, operations, and overall health and security of supported services.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Bachelor’s degree or CSSLP certification.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI or above.
- US citizenship and the ability to maintain an active Top Secret security clearance.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
