Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable Java full-stack solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage team performance and activities.
- Lead the identification and implementation of software development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full technology stack.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full technology stack.
- 15 years of full-time education.
