Responsibilities
- Contribute to customer-facing mobile and web platforms using modern development frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
- Help modernize banking domains such as money movement, card operations, and account management.
- Develop scalable services, APIs, internal dashboards, workflow automations, and third-party integrations.
- Support data integrity, reporting, audit readiness, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in agile sprints and the full software development lifecycle from feature conception through deployment.
- Work with senior engineers and a dedicated tech lead while completing independent and team-based projects.
Requirements
- Be a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
- Have familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks such as Java Spring Boot, Angular, and Node.js.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning, strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
- Be able to follow policies and procedures in a regulated financial-services environment.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based immigration sponsorship.
