Responsibilities
- Support information security consulting, risk assessments, access management, and IT risk management activities.
- Create and maintain automation scripts and data testing artifacts in collaboration with testing, development, and project teams.
- Support project meetings, strategic projects, training services, testing, troubleshooting, and general IT activities.
- Provide desk-side technical support, deployment services, problem diagnosis, asset installation, and inventory control.
- Update enterprise agency applications across the software development lifecycle using .NET/C#, Visual Studio, Oracle, and SQL Server tools.
- Research, design, develop, test, document, and implement new automations or changes to existing automations.
- Analyze processing problems, collaborate with IT and business associates, and document processes and procedures.
- Evaluate, implement, and support business applications and operational solutions for business units.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or working toward a bachelor's degree.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to learn new concepts and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor in demanding situations.
- Self-motivated ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.

- Ability to work at a desk with standard office equipment, communicate information accurately, prepare written documents, and perform continuous computer work.
