Senior Lead Solutions Architect, Salesforce Migrations (ALL CLOUDS)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements, owning technical delivery, project health, timelines, and successful go-live outcomes.
- Partner with Account Teams and Sales leadership to align migration goals with customer business, renewal, and expansion objectives.
- Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and translate complex migration challenges into actionable decisions.
- Develop delivery plans, facilitate customer enablement sessions, and prepare teams for platform transitions.
- Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits for discovery, data mapping, code conversion, migration health reporting, and task automation.
- Coordinate with Global Delivery Center partners while maintaining accountability for technical output quality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and provide field feedback to improve migration products and tooling.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
- Act as the technical point of contact during major migration incidents and coordinate with Engineering and Product during cutovers.
- Monitor technical trends and recommend releases and platform improvements for performance and stability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting with a strong focus on large-scale platform migrations.
- Deep hands-on expertise in at least one of Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
- Experience driving business value, facilitating technical discussions, and navigating complex stakeholder conversations.
- Ability to explain technical architectures in business-friendly language and guide customers through data transformations.
- Experience working with global or offshore delivery models such as Global Delivery Centers.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, or specialized clouds including Marketing, Data, Revenue, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools for data mapping, sentiment analysis, or task automation.
- Understanding of integrations between cloud platforms, telephony systems, third-party data sources, and self-service portals.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Relevant certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Tableau Desktop Specialist, Salesforce AI Associate, or Agentblazer are preferred.
- Prior experience as an individual contributor leading multi-million-dollar transformation engagements is preferred.
