Responsibilities

  • Work with a senior mentor to design, develop, and maintain code in Python, Golang, or a similar programming language.
  • Add features, debug software, and identify and track issues in Red Hat products such as RHEL and OpenShift.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Design, Product Management, Documentation, and other teams throughout the product cycle.
  • Participate in intern cohort activities, technical learning, networking, and multiple Global Engineering projects.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Basic software engineering knowledge and willingness to use Python, Golang, or a similar programming language.
  • Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and understand how systems work internally.
  • Willingness to learn and proactively contribute as part of a broader team.
  • Must be able to work without current or future visa sponsorship.
