Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, deploy, operate, and support PACER applications and internal court-access systems across the software development lifecycle.
- Design and implement enterprise software and secure web services using the required programming languages, frameworks, and data formats.
- Develop and manage automated DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines for a wide variety of applications.
- Implement secure engineering practices, remediate vulnerabilities, and maintain PCI, FISMA, ATO, and other security compliance activities.
- Define and maintain system and software architectures, integration designs, documentation, use cases, test cases, and validation results.
- Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, system tuning, continuity-of-operations planning, and disaster-recovery testing.
- Manage software configurations, version control, source-code repositories, change control, and containerized applications.
- Provide technical training, knowledge transfer, customer-stakeholder support, and recommendations on emerging technologies and tools.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT system engineering, systems development, systems coding, and programming.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in C, Java, JSF, Apache Tomcat, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, CSS, and/or Linux shell.
- Strong experience with Red Hat Linux, cloud APIs and cloud technologies, full DevOps pipelines, and automated DevSecOps processes.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bash, Subversion, and JetBrains Tool Suite.
- Experience developing and maintaining containerized applications and managing CI/CD pipelines as a platform-team developer.
- Knowledge of source control, build and release tools, software build processes, agile methodologies, and enterprise security requirements.
- Strong understanding of security compliance and security controls, along with a security-first mindset.
- Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer relationship skills.
- Perl experience is preferred.
