Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end configuration of Zendesk solutions based on technical design documents.
Build and maintain integrations between Zendesk and external systems using REST APIs and middleware.
Translate business requirements into complex logical workflows using triggers and automations.
Conduct rigorous unit testing and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Create detailed documentation and assist in the handover process to the client’s operations team.
Provide hyper-care support post-deployment, troubleshooting bugs and optimizing system performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in contact center implementation with a focus on CCaaS platforms.
Proven track record of hands-on configuration of the Zendesk Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills to debug complex technical issues and troubleshoot logic conflicts.
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and data formats like JSON and XML.
