Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end configuration of Zendesk solutions based on technical design documents.
- Build and maintain integrations between Zendesk and external systems using REST APIs and middleware.
- Translate business requirements into complex logical workflows using triggers and automations.
- Conduct rigorous unit testing and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Create detailed documentation and assist in the handover process to the client’s operations team.
- Provide hyper-care support post-deployment, troubleshooting bugs and optimizing system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in contact center implementation with a focus on CCaaS platforms.
- Proven track record of hands-on configuration of the Zendesk Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills to debug complex technical issues and troubleshoot logic conflicts.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and data formats like JSON and XML.
