Responsibilities
- Translate user requirements into technical designs and related artifacts.
- Contribute to features and user stories while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Create detailed designs and supporting artifacts.
- Develop software using C#/.NET and perform unit testing.
- Participate in peer reviews of project artifacts and code.
- Support project estimation, planning, and risk management activities.
- Manage technical communication with partners.
- Take ownership of team goals and deliver work within required timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, computing, or IT, or equivalent qualifications.
- 5+ years of overall experience.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and development.
- Knowledge of design patterns and their practical applications.
- Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of C#/.NET.
- Knowledge of a UI framework such as Angular.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-related technology, preferably AWS.
- Strong abstraction, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Working experience with Agile/SAFe development methodologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to innovate and foster innovation.
- Healthcare IT or IT services delivery experience is preferred.
