Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, maintain, and enhance software components across systems or applications.
- Design and execute test plans for embedded systems and analyze and troubleshoot software defects in embedded environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Use debugging tools and test automation frameworks relevant to embedded applications.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions to work-related problems, and support junior team members.
- Work independently and develop subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in embedded applications testing.
- Proficiency in embedded applications testing.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Experience designing and executing test plans for embedded systems.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software defects in embedded environments.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and test automation frameworks relevant to embedded applications.
- Understanding of hardware-software integration and its effect on testing processes.
- 15 years of full-time education.
