- Design, build, and maintain automated interoperability, integration, compatibility, upgrade, and end-to-end tests primarily in Python.
- Build reusable, scalable test frameworks and shared libraries across Windows, Linux, and other supported clients.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, pipeline templates, quality gates, reporting dashboards, and pipeline health metrics using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Maintain scalable on-premises, virtualized, and cloud test infrastructure across supported deployment platforms and real-world network topologies.
- Collaborate with feature teams and developers to integrate automated coverage early across unit, integration, functional, and UI testing.

- Review, refactor, and optimize test suites for consistency, maintainability, reliability, and execution speed.
- Document test environments and support developers in understanding and managing them.
- Evaluate automation tools and use AI-assisted tools for test scaffolding, mock generation, refactoring, and debugging while validating output for reliability, security, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in test automation for enterprise and/or cloud-hosted platforms, or equivalent experience.
- Strong Python skills for test automation, including frameworks such as pytest; Java, Go, and PowerShell are useful additional languages.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins, or equivalent tools such as Azure DevOps or GitLab CI.
- Experience owning automated tests end to end rather than only performing manual test execution.
- Experience with upgrade testing, backward compatibility, mixed-version environments, upgrade paths, and agent/client coexistence.
- Experience testing cloud deployment and lifecycle scenarios, including onboarding, configuration, and upgrades.
- Hands-on experience with a major public cloud, preferably Azure, to create and tear down test environments.
- Ability to debug issues across on-premises components, cloud services, gateways or edges, networks, and endpoints, and communicate findings clearly in writing.
- Preferred experience with Omnissa Horizon Suite or similar end-user computing products and solutions.
- Preferred experience with monitoring or telemetry products.
- Familiarity with hypervisors and cloud platforms such as vSphere, Azure, and AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code or environment automation using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Experience extending automation frameworks across new clouds or topologies rather than rewriting them.
