Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions for the CRM and Sales Enablement Team.
Build robust integrations with external systems using APIs and other integration methods.
Develop Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex, Visualforce, flows, and declarative Salesforce automations.
Manage users, construct data models, and automate business processes.
Conduct code reviews and follow Lightning Web Components and Aura best practices.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations.
Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, test cases, and user guides.
Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, scrum masters, and other stakeholders to deliver projects and provide progress updates.

Minimum 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
At least 3 years of experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, API integrations, flows, Developer Console, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, Azure DevOps, Git, and Data Loader.
Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOQL, SOSL, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with Salesforce Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Pub/Sub API, and Bulk API 2.0.
Working knowledge and experience with .NET, C#, SQL, and RDBMS.
Experience designing complex Salesforce solutions and integrating them with external systems.
Knowledge of Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
