Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, operate, deploy, and support PACER applications and related internal systems.
- Build enterprise software using C, Java, JSF, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, CSS, and Linux shell technologies.
- Develop secure web services using SOAP, REST, WSDL, XSD, XML, and JSON.
- Design scalable and resilient software solutions and maintain system and software architectures.
- Manage secure development practices, vulnerability remediation, PCI compliance, FISMA activities, ATO processes, and other security controls.
- Develop and manage automated DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications.
- Develop, test, and maintain containerized applications and provide full-pipeline engineering support.
- Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, system tuning, continuity-of-operations testing, and disaster-recovery planning.
- Manage software configurations, version control, source-code repositories, and change-control processes.
- Create use cases, test cases, validation results, documentation packages, and technical training materials.
- Review requirements and design artifacts and provide impact and feasibility analysis.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency and reduce technical debt.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT systems engineering, systems development, coding, and programming.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of security compliance and security controls.
- Proficiency with C, Java, JSF, Tomcat, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, CSS, and/or Linux shell.
- Strong experience implementing and supporting end-to-end automated DevSecOps pipelines and processes.
- Strong experience with Red Hat Linux, cloud APIs, cloud technologies, and software application support across the DevOps pipeline.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bash, Subversion, and JetBrains Tool Suite.
- Experience developing and managing CI/CD pipelines as a platform team developer.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps with Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
- Experience developing, testing, and maintaining containerized applications.
- Working knowledge of source version control, build and release tools, CI/CD pipelines, and software build processes.
- Strong security-first mindset and ability to adapt to different enterprise security requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Preferred experience with Perl.
- Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and effectively with customer stakeholders.
